The Springfield Jaycees are a local chapter of the Illinois Jaycees, JCI USA, and Junior Chamber International (JCI). We’re a leadership development organization for young professionals ages 18–40, dedicated to helping members grow through community service, personal development, and hands‑on management experiences.
Joining the Jaycees means gaining a supportive network, building a stronger résumé, and making a real impact in your community. Our projects create both local and global change — and there’s truly something here for everyone.
